Job Summary: Responsible for planning, monitoring, and completing complex projects, ensuring effective delivery of initiatives, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. Key Highlights: 1. Promote regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. \* Project Planning and Definition: Develop detailed plans, define scope, schedule, resources, and project objectives. \* Resource Management: Allocate resources to ensure efficient project execution. \* Monitoring and Control: Track project progress, identify and manage risks, and adjust as necessary. \* Communication and Reporting: Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders and prepare status reports and performance analyses. \* Compliance Assurance: Ensure all project activities comply with applicable standards, regulations, and organizational policies. Responsible for planning, monitoring, and completing complex projects within established timelines and budgets, ensuring effective delivery of LEC initiatives. This professional must ensure all activities align with the institution’s strategic objectives, promote regulatory compliance, and mitigate risks. Additionally, they must proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement, manage cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
