Job Summary: Professional to operate narrow-web flexographic printing machines, performing setup, color adjustment, production monitoring, and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and setup of narrow-web flexographic printing machines 2. Registration adjustment and color registration control 3. Production monitoring with focus on quality Operate narrow-web flexographic printing machines; Perform machine setup, including cliché mounting; Adjust and control registration and color registration (minimum 3 colors); Monitor the printing process to ensure product quality and standards; Carry out cleaning and maintenance of machines, components, and work environment; Meet production deadlines according to demand; Support identification and correction of issues in the production process. **Requirements:** Proven experience with narrow-web flexographic printing; Technical knowledge of cliché mounting and color adjustment; Ability to operate machines with a minimum of 3 colors; Organization, attention to detail, and commitment; Ability to work effectively in teams and meet deadlines; Preferably reside in Santo André or nearby areas. **Job Notes:** **Location:** Santo André/SP **Salary:** R$ 2\.500,00 \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Meal Voucher – R$ 23.93 per day. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \- Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM\. **Employment Type:** CLT
