Focus on Salesforce solutions and agile frameworks **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you daily:** --------------------------------- * Lead the Base Sales IT team in defining and strategizing delivery of area demands, working closely with business areas to address Base sales journey requirements and enhancements; * Manage project deliveries, aligning synergy and code conflicts, ensuring quality and proper functionality across all features; * Define and drive implementation of the sales system evolution roadmap, aligned with IT target architecture and based on Salesforce solutions; * Coordinate Base Sales IT teams, monitoring team deliveries in collaboration with GP, PM, PO, LT, DEV, and Testing teams; * Negotiate, hire, and structure teams for project deliveries, aligning scope, cost, and timeline; * Define and monitor project forecasts under your management; * Present solutions and project status to IT and business leadership; * Participate in and provide cost and timeline estimates for demands presented at the demand committee, contributing to scalable solutions aligned with target architecture; * Manage and mitigate project-related risks by identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact schedule or delivery quality; * Foster effective collaboration and communication between IT and business teams, ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned and informed about project progress; * Monitor and report project performance metrics, identifying improvement areas and implementing corrective actions as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We are looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer’s perspective.
