Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to serve as an operational interface, manage requests, prepare reports, and support administrative routines in the Insurance Products area. If you match this profile, click **Apply** at the bottom of this page. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for registering, tracking, and updating departmental requests using Jira, ensuring adherence to workflows, deadlines, and traceability of all requests; * Serve as the operational interface with internal departments to collect, organize, and forward product-related information; * Prepare, update, and maintain operational and managerial reports in Excel and Power BI, following predefined templates and guidelines; * Support operational and administrative routines within the Products area, ensuring organization and timely updates of internal controls; * Assist in reviewing reports submitted by service providers, verifying compliance, completeness, and consistency of information. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of insurance products and underwriting; * Experience in customer service and accountability regarding deadline adherence and response delivery; * Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools. **Additional Information** **Have you ever imagined working somewhere where caring for people goes far beyond words?** At Suhai, we believe work must hold meaning in people’s lives — in their daily routines and their future.
