Job Summary: Bilingual Operations Coordinator with sales experience to manage teams, present results to clients, and act as a trusted advisor. Key Highlights: 1. Act as a trusted advisor and manage conflicts If you have previously worked as a Bilingual Operations Coordinator and possess sales experience, we want to meet you! Your main responsibilities will be: Manage, develop, and motivate the supervisor team through feedback to ensure adherence to metrics and procedures; Client-facing role responsible for presenting results and attending client meetings; Act as a trusted advisor when necessary; Manage conflicts and potential changes, innovate, and lead the team proactively and with initiative; Monitor reports and KPIs to achieve/maintain/improve operational results; Ensure supervisors appropriately lead Expert teams, maintaining productivity and strong operational performance; Ensure compliance with metrics and procedures; Participate in meetings with clients; Present results in Portuguese/English; Maintain good relationships with support areas such as Quality, Training, WFM, Access, etc; *Well-being TP: Here, we care for our employees from head to toe, with initiatives focused on physical and mental health, fostering an environment that strengthens the balance between personal and professional life.* *Regarding mental health, we offer psychological support and an exclusive channel for individualized emotional care and well-being, in addition to awareness-raising activities such as Well-being Week and initiatives promoting social connection and interaction among employees, including the Music and Dance Festival and Themed Fridays.
