Job Opportunity: IT Analyst (Zoho Specialist) **Company:** Magellan Group **Industry:** Underground Utilities **Location:** Remote **Compensation:** $200 USD / week Role Overview We are looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive **IT Analyst** to join our team. In the underground utilities sector, precision and real\-time data flow are critical. This role is primarily focused on the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our **Zoho Suite** to ensure our field operations and office management remain seamless. Key Responsibilities * **Zoho Administration (Mandatory):** Manage and customize the Zoho Suite (CRM, Projects, Books, Creator, etc.) to fit the specific workflows of the utility industry. * **Systems Maintenance:** Ensure data integrity across all platforms and troubleshoot any technical glitches. * **Process Automation:** Build and maintain workflows, Blueprints, and Deluge scripts within Zoho to automate repetitive tasks. * **Support:** Provide technical assistance to team members regarding software access and hardware troubleshooting. * **Reporting:** Generate periodic reports on operational efficiency and IT system health. Requirements * **Zoho Expertise:** Proven experience in managing the Zoho ecosystem is **mandatory**. Candidates without Zoho experience will not be considered. * **Language Skills:** **Bilingual proficiency (English \& Portuguese)** is highly preferred to facilitate communication between international teams and local operations. * **Industry Knowledge:** Previous experience or interest in underground utilities, construction, or logistics is a plus. * **Problem Solving:** Ability to work independently and find solutions for complex technical issues. * **Reliability:** Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.
