Come generate smiles with S.I.N.! **\#SmilesThatGenerateSmiles** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare, verify, and control import/export documentation; * Monitor processes with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and regulatory agencies; * Fully monitor and control the international logistics chain, ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal requirements; * Comply with Customs legislation and other regulatory bodies, and be responsible for keeping internal departments and clients updated on legislation and its impact on commercial processes; * Analyze freight, warehousing, insurance, and tariff costs; propose alternatives to reduce expenses; participate in negotiations with international logistics service providers; control payments of fees, taxes, and services related to operations; * Prepare performance reports; implement and manage foreign trade management systems; * Support internal and external audits; * Provide support to commercial areas regarding international quotations, pricing strategies, and export requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Advanced English proficiency. * Advanced Spanish proficiency is a plus. * Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills. * Experience in export processes, documentation, and international logistics coordination.
