Organization of the sales showroom and inventory control We are seeking optical sales consultants who are passionate about customer service and have experience in the optical industry. The professional will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and personalized shopping experience, assisting customers in selecting ideal frames and lenses, with a focus on satisfaction, customer loyalty, and achieving store targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet customers courteously and deliver excellent service, identifying their visual and aesthetic needs. * Advise on technical features of frames and lenses, highlighting benefits and differentiators. * Conduct consultative sales of prescription eyewear, accessories, and related services; take precise measurements; and recommend optimal lenses for each case. * Organize and maintain the display window and sales showroom layout. * Manage inventory, record sales, and track orders. * Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new products and optical market trends.
