Identify and resolve complex system issues, guaranteeing operational stability. Work closely with the PO, Tech Lead, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment. **Required qualifications:** To be a \#match, candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft .NET technologies, including C\#. Experience with relevant frameworks and libraries such as ASP.NET, Entity Framework, etc. Experience with databases (SQL Server or Oracle) Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns. Familiarity with web services, RESTful APIs, and service-oriented architectures. **Preferred qualifications (bonus points):** Knowledge of Private Pension; Experience with TFS/GIT; Experience with messaging systems (preferably RabbitMQ); Experience with NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB); Experience with cloud architecture (preferably Azure); Experience with Kubernetes;
