As an SDR (Sales Development Representative), you will serve as the entry point for new business, helping our commercial team generate qualified opportunities and accelerate company growth. * Conduct active prospecting to generate leads. * Qualify leads according to defined criteria. * Schedule meetings for the sales team (closers). * Log all interactions in the CRM systematically. * Follow and improve sales scripts, cadences, and playbooks. * Monitor performance metrics and pursue continuous improvement. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in customer service, sales, call center, or commercial roles * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese. * Interest in developing knowledge in accounting. * Comfort speaking on the phone and approaching new contacts daily. * Organizational skills to manage high volumes of leads and log all details in the CRM. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience as an SDR, pre-sales, or Inside Sales representative. * Experience using CRM systems. * Familiarity with sales funnels, outbound, and inbound methodologies.
