Job Description: * Conduct active and/or passive customer service for debt negotiation; * Finalize agreements and record information in the system; * Meet daily performance targets (contacts, agreements, recoveries); * Clarify questions regarding payment slips, amounts, and payment methods; * Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor during all interactions. Experience in collections—especially with financial products—is a significant advantage. Additionally, strong communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and a proactive attitude are essential.
