Our goal is to **innovate** and deliver **tangible results** for corporate asset control. **About the Position** * **Location**: São Paulo \- Ipiranga * **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, business hours **Mission:** Manage fixed assets, from invoice issuance through reconciliation, maintenance, and project closure, including reporting and monitoring of asset movements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Reconcile physical inventory with the accounting ledger, categorizing and organizing assets; * Issue and analyze invoices for fixed asset acquisitions; * Structure and maintain the fixed asset database; * Monitor asset movements (acquisitions, transfers, disposals); * Classify assets to ensure depreciation compliance with applicable standards; * Prepare project closing reports and investment analysis reports; * Interact with internal and external clients to ensure process quality. **Desired Qualifications:** * Experience in fixed asset management routines; * Proficiency in fixed asset reconciliations and reporting; * **Bonus:** Experience with physical fixed asset inventory. **Position Details:** * **Salary**: Between R$ 2,300.00 and R$ 3,200.00 * **Meal Allowance**: R$ 220.00 * **Food Voucher**: R$ 35.00/day * **GymPass/Wellhub** * **Transportation Allowance** * **Professional Development and Career Plan** **Why Join Saraf?** At Saraf, we value **innovation**, results orientation, and the pursuit of continuous improvement.
