Management and verification of employee benefits The position involves activities such as payroll processing, calculation of social charges, benefit verification, ancillary obligations, and support for HR department routines, ensuring compliance with labor and social security legislation. Responsibilities: * Process monthly payroll, vacation payments, termination settlements, and the 13th salary * Calculate labor and social security charges * Verify and administer employee benefits * Ensure adherence to labor legislation * Support audits and ancillary obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS, etc.) Requirements: * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields * Experience in payroll processing * Knowledge of labor legislation * Proficiency in payroll systems and Excel Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Linx (Humanus) system – not mandatory * Experience in medium- to large-sized companies Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
