Staying up-to-date on technological trends and applicable regulations **Job Description:** ---------------------- A professional responsible for designing and validating ICT technical solutions, acting strategically to support the commercial team—especially in public-sector projects. Translates technical, operational, and regulatory requirements into infrastructure architectures that are compliant, secure, and competitive. Key responsibilities: Design infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, networks, virtualization, backup, cloud, and security). Analyze RFPs, public tenders, and terms of reference to ensure technical and regulatory compliance. Support the commercial team in technical meetings, presentations, PoCs, and client visits. Prepare and review technical documentation and BOQs for proposals and procurement processes. Serve as the technical interface with vendors and distributors. Ensure proper technical transition between pre-sales and project execution. Stay up-to-date on technological trends and regulations applicable to the public sector. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Experience with servers, including hardware assembly, configuration, management, and troubleshooting (CPUs, memory, and components). Knowledge of racks, scalable racks, and liquid cooling solutions—with preference for data center environments. Integration and administration of virtualized environments (VMware, DCS, and KVM), including VM creation and management, HA, vMotion, and operation of critical environments. Experience with hyperconverged infrastructure and storage—including LUN configuration, RAID, replication, and integration with backup solutions. Knowledge of backup systems, networking, NAC, information security, and AI-powered video surveillance.
