About the role: The candidate will support result monitoring routines, financial analyses, and internal controls, directly contributing to the quality of management information and business decision-making. Responsibilities: \- Support preparation of management reports and performance dashboards; \- Assist in controlling and analyzing expenses, revenues, and financial KPIs; \- Contribute to the budget planning process (forecast and budget); \- Perform reconciliations and variance analyses (actual vs. budget); \- Support financial result calculation and monthly closing; \- Update databases and ensure data integrity; \- Support process improvement and internal control enhancement in the area. Requirements: Currently enrolled in Accounting (from the 3rd semester onward); Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, basic and intermediate formulas); Strong numerical aptitude, organizational skills, and attention to detail; Availability to intern 30 hours per week; Good communication skills and eagerness to learn. Preferred: Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools; Basic knowledge of managerial accounting or cost analysis.
