If you enjoy challenges, a dynamic environment, and wish to grow within an expanding company, this is your place! **Your mission here** We are seeking a Junior Quality Analyst to develop analyses, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and build intelligent data-driven solutions—directly contributing to continuous operational improvement. This professional will be responsible for transforming data into strategic insights, supporting decision-making and ensuring greater operational efficiency. **Key responsibilities** * Develop and update managerial reports and dashboards; * Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities; * Work with Power BI using ETL processes and DAX development; * Extract, transform, and consolidate data from various sources; * Support the development of operational and quality KPIs; * Conduct critical analyses to support decision-making; * Support performance monitoring and action plan tracking; * Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability of analyzed information. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot; * Basic knowledge of SQL (Query, Join, and Select); * Analytical ability and data interpretation skills; * Familiarity with numbers and KPIs; * Organized, proactive profile with strong problem-solving skills; * Strong communication skills to present information clearly and objectively. **Preferred qualifications** * Prior experience in data analysis or operational KPIs; * Experience in logistics operations or e-commerce; * Knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools. **What we offer** Meal/Voucher Allowance Transportation Allowance Health Insurance Dental Insurance TotalPass Profit Sharing Program (PLR) according to internal policy Birthday Day Off Domina Baby Program Extended Paternity Leave **Join us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
