You can support us as an **IT Analyst.** **What will be your responsibilities?** You will work in the technology area, responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of systems and hardware across our branches and headquarters, serving as intermediate/advanced technical support, managing assets, and implementing continuous improvement projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Administer and provide support for Core systems; * Manage hardware assets (Desktops, Monitors, POS, GPOS, and server infrastructure); * Collaborate closely with the Systems team. **Technical Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Systems Analysis, IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL), ERP, CRM, Windows operating systems, and Point-of-Sale (POS) tools; * Prior experience providing ERP system support; * Familiarity with ITIL concepts and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); * Intermediate English (technical reading and communication). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical certifications; * Spanish; * Experience in the entertainment or large-scale retail sector; **Work Model:** On-site **Schedule:** 6 days on / 1 day off – Working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:20 PM Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Languages: * Spanish (Intermediate) * English (Intermediate) Willingness to travel
