We seek individuals who enjoy working with people, bring energy to the dining room, possess strong communication skills, and understand that excellent service also involves organization, pace, and effective sales. **Responsibilities** * Greet customers and manage service in the dining room * Present the menu, take orders, and serve tables * Naturally recommend coffees, drinks, dishes, and desserts * Monitor the customer experience throughout the entire service * Maintain table and dining room organization and cleanliness * Support coordination between the dining room, bar, and kitchen **Requirements** * Strong communication skills and customer service posture * Agility, organization, and good pace * Ability to work well in a team * Interest in hospitality and consultative sales * Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in bars, restaurants, or cafés * Affinity for coffee, drinks, and casual gastronomy **Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off | On-site | Average earnings: R$ 4,000.00** **Resumes:** urbe@urbecafe.com.br | WhatsApp: (11) 96602-8212 Compensation: R$3,500.00 – R$4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
