Produce and bake bread following recipes and quality standards. Control fermentation time, resting time, and baking time. Shape, cut, and finish products prior to preparation. Operate ovens and bakery equipment. Monitor product quality, appearance, and taste. Organize and separate required ingredients and supplies. Maintain clean and organized workspaces and equipment. Manage raw material inventory and prevent waste. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Assistant Baker, Bakery Chef, or Oven Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
