Job Summary: We are seeking an analyst to manage and optimize marketplace accounts, ADS, and FULL operations, with a focus on sales growth and brand positioning. Key Highlights: 1. Management and monitoring of marketplace accounts such as Mercado Livre and Shopee 2. Creation, optimization, and monitoring of ADS ads and campaigns 3. Development of strategies to increase sales and brand positioning We are an industry company specializing in electro-electronic construction materials. We are currently expanding our business and looking for an analyst to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management and monitoring of marketplace accounts such as Mercado Livre, Shopee, Magalu, and others; * Creation, optimization, and monitoring of ads; * Management of ADS campaigns and promotional activities; * Execution of FULL operations and marketplace logistics; * Monitoring of performance, sales, and conversion metrics; * Market, competitor, and industry trend analysis; * Development of strategies to increase sales and brand positioning; * Inventory control, pricing, and product performance management. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in e\-commerce and marketplaces; * Knowledge of Mercado Livre, Shopee, Magalu, and other platforms; * Experience with paid traffic and ADS; * Knowledge of FULL operations; * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Strong communication skills and strategic market vision. * Excel proficiency: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts, and data analysis. ✨ **We are looking for someone who:** * Is proactive and dynamic; * Enjoys challenges and goal-setting; * Pays close attention to digital market trends; * Is passionate about sales and performance growth.
