




**Description:** **Position Summary:** We are seeking a Senior UX Analyst with experience in the financial sector, understanding of banking products, and end-to-end involvement in projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting user research, conceptualizing and validating solutions (prototypes, workflows, interactions), designing tests (usability, A/B), and collaborating with product and technology teams to deliver consistent experiences across the company’s website, app, and products. Solid knowledge of project methodologies (Design Thinking, Double Diamond, Lean UX) and the ability to translate data and feedback into actionable design decisions are essential. **Desired Qualifications:** **Key Responsibilities:** Serve as the company’s UX specialist for the website, app, and products, ensuring experience consistency and continuous feature enhancement. Conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative), customer journey mapping, persona definition, and opportunity identification. Plan and execute tests (moderated/remote usability, guerrilla, A/B) and synthesize findings into clear recommendations. Prototype solutions (low- and high-fidelity), define workflows, information architecture, and microinteractions. Collaborate with Product Owners/Managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders to align business objectives, scopes, and metrics. Maintain and evolve the Design System (components, patterns, guidelines) in partnership with UI/Front-end teams. Monitor product metrics (engagement, conversion, retention, NPS, CSAT) and influence decisions based on data. Exercise creative freedom responsibly by proposing hypotheses, experiments, and innovative solutions focused on delivering value to customers and the business. **Mandatory Requirements:** Degree in IT or related fields (Design, Information Systems, Business Administration, Human-Computer Interaction, etc.). Proven experience in UX (senior level) across discovery and delivery cycles, end-to-end, for digital products. **Proficiency in Tools:** Figma (Design, FigJam), prototyping and handoff; Miro/Whiteboards; analytics tools. Hands-on experience in research (planning, execution, analysis), information architecture, heuristics, accessibility (WCAG), and testing. Strong understanding of project methodologies and agility (Scrum/Kanban), documentation practices, and backlog management in collaboration with teams. Knowledge of the financial market and banking products (accounts, cards, investments, retirement plans, credit, payments).
