




Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring the status of transportation operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines, service quality, and prompt resolution of incidents, acting as the liaison between carriers, customers, and internal departments. Delivery performance analysis and improvement suggestions 100% on-site schedule – Monday to Friday Parque Anhanguera, São Paulo Responsible for real-time monitoring of transportation operation statuses, ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines agreed upon with customers, service quality, and rapid incident resolution. Acts as the liaison between carriers, customers, and internal company departments, ensuring logistical flow efficiency and customer satisfaction **Responsibilities and Duties** * Daily monitoring of deliveries via tracking systems and logistics management tools; * Ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines defined in contracts or SLAs; * Identifying and addressing incidents occurring during transportation (delays, returns, damages, route discrepancies, etc.); * Engaging carriers and partners to resolve pending issues and minimize customer impact; * Preparing delivery performance reports and transportation KPIs (On-Time In-Full, lead time, service level); * Suggesting improvements to monitoring and logistics control processes, including analysis of average incident resolution time, return rate, and damage rate. * Analyzing customer satisfaction rate regarding the delivery process. **Requirements and Qualifications** Recent graduate or currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
