Responsibilities * Enter and update data daily in company spreadsheets and systems * Review information carefully for accuracy and completeness * Maintain organized and accurate digital records * Identify and correct inconsistencies or missing information * Follow company procedures for data handling and confidentiality * Communicate with team members regarding corrections or updates * Support administrative operations as needed Requirements * Fluent English (written and spoken) * Exceptional attention to detail * Strong organizational skills * Comfortable working with spreadsheets and computer systems * Reliable attendance and punctuality * Ability to work in person * Previous administrative or data entry experience preferred Schedule * Monday through Friday * In\-person position Job Type: Contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: R$4,000\.00 \- R$5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
