Description

Job Summary: Responsible for fleet management, service scheduling, maintenance tracking, and coordination of service agents, ensuring communication with customers and managers. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for candidates with mechanical knowledge **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Fleet management; * Keeping the customer informed about repair status; * Scheduling services with suppliers; * Receiving quotations and entering them into the Vector system; * Monitoring internal and external progress status during maintenance; * Coordinating service agents’ travel from base to supplier and vice versa; * Updating the Vector system (vehicles); * Maintaining contact with managers; * Requesting mobile workshop services. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Residency or easy access to Guarulhos \- SP; * Experience in managing light and/or heavy vehicle fleets; * Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
