We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our fleet maintenance management. As the **Fleet Maintenance Coordinator**, your mission will be to ensure the efficiency, availability, and safety of our vehicles, focusing on cost optimization and operational excellence.
### **Your Responsibilities:**
* **Operational Management:** Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring adherence to schedules and service quality delivered by the workshop and third parties.
* **Team Leadership:** Supervise workshop routines, shift scheduling, working hours, performance evaluations (PDI), and probationary periods.
* **Control and Metrics:** Analyze KPIs such as cost per km, fuel consumption, downtime, and accident rates, as well as manage systems including RMS, Rodopar, and Smartec.
* **Supply Management:** Coordinate procurement of parts and tires, and manage vehicle washing and fleet preservation.
* **Safety and Compliance:** Ensure compliance with traffic legislation, environmental regulations, and labor laws, guiding drivers on conduct and safety.
* **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Operations departments, and conduct technical visits to external workshops.
### **Requirements and Qualifications:**
* **Education:** Completed High School or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields preferred).
* **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in coordination or supervision roles.
* **Technical Knowledge:** Experience in automotive maintenance, cost management (parts, tires, fuel), and intermediate computer skills (Excel and ERP).
* **Behavioral Profile:** Proactive leadership, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, ability to make quick decisions, and sense of urgency.
* **Preferred Qualification:** Experience with telematics and vehicle tracking systems.

Employment Type: CLT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
