Come learn more! **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Senior Logistics Analyst**, you will operate at a strategic level within logistics operations, focusing on complex analyses, process stability, and decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: * Monitor, analyze, and ensure consistency of performance indicators, proactively preventing operational failures and deviations; * Lead process improvement initiatives, proposing structured solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality; * Manage critical operational demands and priorities, ensuring high-quality deliverables even under high-pressure conditions; * Conduct in-depth analyses of operational discrepancies, identifying root causes and directing corrective actions in collaboration with relevant departments; * Participate in and support strategic departmental meetings, providing analytical insights and directly contributing to decision-making; * Develop and enhance reports and dashboards (orders, deliveries, productivity, and SLA), ensuring accurate information to support operational management and projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** What you need to play at this level: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies in progress are desirable; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Knowledge of Power BI (modeling and analysis) is desirable; * Solid experience in logistics operations, e\-commerce, or high-volume distribution centers; * Familiarity with quality and continuous improvement tools (PDCA, Ishikawa, 5W2H, Lean, Kaizen); * Strong analytical ability, autonomy, organization, and clear communication skills; * Ability to think critically, anticipate risks, and develop structured solutions.
