




Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the organization in process management for continuous improvement and ensuring compliance and performance of the Quality Management System. Responsible for supporting all departments, levels, and areas of the organization in managing processes to achieve continuous improvement and ensuring effective operation of the Quality Management System (QMS) for compliance and performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map processes; develop and review procedures, work instructions, and forms that support process documentation and operationalization. * Identify process opportunities and deviations; establish corrective and improvement action plans; verify effectiveness and adherence to implementation deadlines. * Propose tools to support process management, control effectiveness, and productivity gains. * Ensure achievement of quality objectives through process performance indicators. * Conduct internal audits of the Quality Management System (QMS) and perform critical analysis of certified scopes. * Prepare highlights and managerial reports for operational monitoring and decision-making support. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory: Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency and experience in ISO 9001:2015 internal auditing\. Desirable: Specialization or postgraduate degree in Quality Management, Processes, and Projects.
