Customer and partner relationship management **JOB OPENING: FITNESS ACADEMY MANAGER – ALPHAVILLE (SP)** We are looking for a **leadership-oriented professional focused on results** to serve as a **Fitness Academy Manager** in Alphaville. **Responsibilities:** * Operational management of the unit (routines, KPIs, processes, and customer service); * Commercial management and sales target monitoring; * Leadership, team motivation, and development; * Customer and partner relationship management; * Support in designing and executing internal campaigns. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in **fitness academy, fitness club, or service-based business management**; * DEGREE IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT, OR RELATED FIELDS; * Experience in **sales management and team leadership**; * Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and results orientation. **Employment Type:** CLT **Location:** Alphaville – SP **Compensation:** Fixed salary (R$ 4200.00\) \+ performance-based variable bonus Job Type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$4\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
