**About the position** We are seeking a **Regional Supervisor** with a practical, strategic profile and strong leadership to closely monitor the units under their responsibility. This is a **position of trust and high responsibility**, acting as a bridge between senior management, unit managers, and operations. **Responsibilities** * Conduct on-site monitoring of units under their management * Ensure compliance with operational standards, goals, and performance indicators * Support and hold unit managers accountable for store routines * Deliver hands-on training and reinforce company culture at the frontline * Support recruitment & selection (R&S), onboarding, and experience evaluation processes * Monitor inventory, losses, service quality, and visual standardization * Resolve conflicts, address critical issues, and ensure cross-departmental alignment * Represent company leadership at units and meetings with hospitals * Analyze performance reports and propose continuous improvements * Comply with, and enforce, governance and operational procedures **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields) * Proven experience as a manager or supervisor in food service chains, retail, or hospitality * Practical profile, with an **owner’s mindset**, results-oriented perspective, and execution discipline * Excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and decision-making capability * Full availability for regional travel * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in companies operating multiple units * Prior work in hospital networks, cafeterias, or food service environments * Experience with governance, standardization, and organizational culture **Entitled to:** * Travel expenses covered (meals/accommodation) * Corporate mobile phone and laptop * Company vehicle with fuel provided Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$5,000.00 – R$6,000.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Company vehicle Work location: On-site
