Strong expertise in people management and organizational culture **Job Mission** Strategically and operationally manage Human Resources, responsible for structuring, implementing, and optimizing HR processes, developing people, and strengthening organizational culture—ensuring alignment with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and develop the HR area (Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Personnel Administration, and Culture) * Structure and implement **end-to-end HR processes** (from scratch or through continuous improvement) * Develop and deliver **training and development programs** * Directly engage in **leadership management** * Design and implement **performance evaluations** * Implement and monitor **HR metrics (KPIs)** * Drive initiatives related to **employee engagement, organizational climate, and culture** * Structure internal policies and procedures * Support managers in decision-making with a strategic people-oriented perspective * Ensure compliance with labor legislation **Requirements** * Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields * Solid experience as an **HR generalist** * Experience in **structuring HR processes and implementing strategic HR** * Proven experience in **training and leadership development** * Strong expertise in **people management and organizational culture** * Knowledge of HR metrics and data analysis **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in high-growth or restructuring organizations * Experience implementing **IDPs (Individual Development Plans), career paths, and performance management** * Familiarity with methodologies such as **People Analytics, OKRs, or Agile** * Experience in Employer Branding **Behavioral Competencies** * Strong leadership and influence * Clear communication and assertive posture * Strategic vision \+ execution * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Emotional intelligence * Ability to build systems from scratch
