Job Summary: Operate a sheepfoot roller for soil compaction on earthwork projects, controlling speed and moisture content while ensuring proper equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate a sheepfoot roller on earthwork projects 2. Perform daily equipment inspections and report abnormalities 3. Follow safety regulations and support the earthwork team * **Operate a sheepfoot roller for soil compaction on earthwork projects.** * **Carry out compaction of embankments, subgrades, and soil layers as directed by engineering staff or site supervisor.** * **Control roller speed, number of passes, and soil moisture content to achieve required compaction levels.** * **Conduct daily equipment inspection before commencing operations (operational checklist).** * **Report any mechanical or operational abnormalities to maintenance personnel.** * **Ensure proper equipment maintenance, cleaning, and correct usage.** * **Comply with occupational safety, environmental regulations, and company procedures.** * **Support the earthwork team as needed at the construction site.** * **Driver’s License Class D** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.416,60 \- R$3\.416,62 per month Benefits: * Dental care coverage * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
