**Position:** Production Operator
**Salary:** R$ 9.94 per hour
**Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 06:00–14:00 | 14:00–22:00 | 22:00–06:00

**Job Responsibilities:**
* Work in Post Glass processes, performing preparation and production of assemblies for glass families (side windows, windshields, and skylights)
* Work in Pre-Assembly Processes (Mobile Stations), reporting to the Production Leader and assuming technical responsibility for compliance with Quality and Safety standards
* Check Safety items before starting operations to eliminate accident risks;
* Prepare Pre-Assembly Stations, verifying that all components and chemicals are correct
* Verify base glass replenishment, confirming that part numbers are correct
* Replace chemical products according to expiration dates
* Record production data using CDM and Flex Net tools
* Inspect base glass and apply primer; perform technical finishing—deburring (Injection Molding Machine)
* Perform line inspection and replenishment; apply chemical adhesive for component bonding; weld terminals; apply primer on black bands; insert bushings; install spacers to prevent glass-to-body contact; conduct final inspection and packaging (PMT1 equipment)
* Shift rotation across production lines may occur occasionally.
High school diploma required
