Job Summary: Opportunity for a Gardener responsible for the creation, installation, and maintenance of gardens and green areas, contributing to a healthy and pleasant environment. Key Highlights: 1. Landscape planning and implementation **On-site Gardener opportunity.** Objective: * Responsible for the creation, installation, and maintenance of gardens and green trees, performing activities such as planting, mowing, fertilizing, planting, and pest control. **Department**: All institutional premises. **Reports to**: Hospitality Coordinator. **Behavioral Competencies**: * Commitment; * Results-oriented; * Agility; * Proactivity; * Organization; * Empathy; * Attention to detail. **Technical Competencies**: * Prior experience in this role; * Proficiency in handling manual and electric gardening tools; * Knowledge of plant species, soil types, and fertilization techniques. **Responsibilities**: * **Green area maintenance**: mowing lawns, pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain appropriate shapes; * **Plant care**: planting, replanting, fertilizing, irrigating, and preparing soil; * **Treatment and protection**: identifying diseases and pests, applying agricultural pesticides and organic or chemical fertilizers; * **Cleaning and organization**: collecting leaves, clearing land, sweeping flower beds, and using leaf blowers; * **Tool operation**: safely operating brush cutters, pruning shears, leaf blowers, and small machinery; * **Landscaping**: planning and executing the planting of flowers and seedlings according to the space designer’s specifications. **Education**: Completed high school. **Experience**: Minimum of 6 months.
