Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing orders and communication via delivery platforms, ensuring operational efficiency and customer support. Key Highlights: 1. Order management and monitoring of delivery apps. 2. Proactive communication to resolve inquiries and conflicts. 3. Inventory control and system support. **Perdomo is coming to Moema with a dedicated delivery hub for our products, and we’re assembling a team to make it all happen! ?** **RESPONSIBILITIES** Receive orders via iFood; Monitor delivery apps and the iFood dashboard; Print and register invoices; Communicate via WhatsApp and iFood systems to resolve inquiries, conflicts, and order discrepancies; Block and unblock products in inventory control (available or unavailable items); Communicate with system support; **REQUIREMENTS** Completed high school education; Customer service experience required; Attention to detail; Results-oriented. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** Fixed salary \+ bonus Benefits: Meal allowance \+ Transportation allowance \+ Internal Perks (salary advance, product discounts); Working hours: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM Shift schedule: 12 hours on / 36 hours off; Work location: Moema, São Paulo.
