Read on for more details about this particular role. **Responsibilities:** Position Purpose (Position Summary) Assist in the development, maintenance, planning, and validation of production processes through the creation and/or validation of operational and quality documents, process flows, layouts, technical drawings, supplier development, and team training—ensuring accurate item production and adherence to established regulations and standards. Analyze and monitor performance indicators; propose and execute, under supervision, continuous improvement actions. Assist in organizing technical documentation relevant to the department. **Planned Responsibilities Include:** Main Responsibilities 1 \- Technical Support to Industrial Engineering (25%) Technical analysis, data collection, problem-solving analysis, various follow-ups. 2 \- Continuous Improvement (15%) Capture data; Detail opportunities; Analyze opportunities; Propose improvements; Develop; Implement; Validate (under supervision). 3 \- Creation of Operational Documentation, Control Plans, Training, and Process Validation (Under supervision \- 35%) Create and edit images and graphics; Prepare and detail data; Create forms; Perform technical analysis; Establish standards; Issue documents; Validate; Train stakeholders; Present data to interested parties. 4 \- Development of equipment suppliers, evaluation of component suppliers, equipment, and tools—providing technical solutions and elements for SPAP approval (15%) Technical visits; Review documentation and technical application for use; Ensure compliance with requirements; Request quotations; 5 \- Creation of standardized process database for use in routing registrations and other SAP routines (under supervision \- 5%) Create and monitor standardized process database to serve as an appropriate foundation for routing registrations and other related routines; 6 \- Develop, evaluate, validate, and issue technical reports on component samples or product changes (Under supervision \- 5%) Test; Issue technical assessment; Implement; Document; Train; Validate **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in the 2nd to 3rd semester of a Technical Program in Plastics, Mechatronics, or Production Processes; OR currently enrolled in the 2nd to 4th year of a Bachelor’s program in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or Production Processes; OR currently enrolled in the 2nd year of a Polymer Technology program. Proficiency in English is a plus. Candidates should ideally demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow across diverse manufacturing processes, focus on results, logical reasoning, organizational/planning skills, discipline, and dynamism. \#LI\-GM1
