**Employment type:** CLT;
**Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 (**Fully on-site**, with flexible scheduling);
**Work location:** Head Office – Vila Leopoldina (near Parque Vila Lobos / Vila Lobos-Jaguaré Station).

**Responsibilities for this Opportunity**
* Lead and manage internal and external teams composed of analysts, specialists, developers, and partners, ensuring high performance, strategic alignment, and continuous evolution of area solutions.
* Manage multidisciplinary squads responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications for the pharmaceutical retail sector, with focus on store systems and customer service.
* Lead strategic technology projects, including implementation and modernization of POS (Point of Sale) solutions, ensuring quality, timeliness, and business requirement adherence.
* Provide technical and operational support for large-scale initiatives, including SAP implementation across more than 1\.600 stores.
* Ensure stability, availability, and performance of store applications through indicator management, SLA monitoring, and proactive incident resolution.
* Serve as a strategic partner to the Operations Directorate, advising on opportunity identification, process improvement, and business-aligned technology solution definition.
* Promote an agile culture within the team, encouraging collaboration, innovation, ownership mindset, and results orientation.
* Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies—including Artificial Intelligence–related solutions—and assess opportunities for application within the retail ecosystem.
* Ensure governance, documentation, backlog prioritization, and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
**Requirements**
* Proven experience leading technology teams and managing development projects/squads.
* Proficiency in software development techniques and best practices.
* Experience with agile methodologies.
* Familiarity with retail-focused applications, especially POS systems and customer service solutions.
* Experience managing system availability, maintenance, and performance indicators.
* Strategic engagement capability with business areas.
* Knowledge or experience in Artificial Intelligence initiatives will be considered a differentiator.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical or large-scale retail segment is desirable.
