This role will play a key part in implementing and evolving observability practices, contributing to metric definition, Dynatrace dashboard evolution, and tool adoption across the team. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the structuring and evolution of observability and monitoring practices using Dynatrace * Perform analysis of application and environment performance, behavior, and incidents * Support the team in adopting and efficiently using Dynatrace, including dashboard evolution and system visibility improvements * Share knowledge and best practices in observability and SRE practices with the team **Requirements** * Solid experience with Dynatrace, including Davis AI usage * Experience with application observability and monitoring * Hands-on experience analyzing performance, incidents, and troubleshooting in distributed architectures and highly complex systems **Behavioral Competencies** * Senior, consultative, and analytical profile * Ability to structure processes and evolve observability practices * Strong communication skills to share knowledge and guide the team * Proactivity and sense of responsibility **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience in the insurance and/or banking sector * Experience with modern observability (APM, metrics, logs, traces) * Experience with cloud or distributed architectures / microservices * Experience in technical mentoring or knowledge transfer * Dynatrace certification (e.g., Dynatrace Associate) **Work Model** * Immediate start * Initial project duration of approximately 3 months, extendable based on delivery progress
