Responsibilities: \- Assist customers in-store, via WhatsApp, or by phone, identifying their needs; \- Present products/services, answer questions, and articulate benefits; \- Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms; \- Achieve individual and team sales targets; \- Organize and restock display windows/shelves, maintaining an attractive store; \- Open and close the cash register, issue invoices, and operate the sales system; \- Conduct after-sales follow-up, foster customer loyalty, and prospect new clients; \- Participate in inventory counts and stock control. Requirements: \- Completed high school education; \- Experience in sales, customer service, or retail; \- Excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and approachability; \- Dynamic, organized, and results-oriented profile; \- Basic computer literacy.
