Junior Project Analyst (Scrum)

Description

We are looking for a Junior Project Analyst (Scrum)! You will have the opportunity to manage product projects and, occasionally, client projects, working on initiatives of low to medium complexity. You will be responsible for ensuring the organization, execution, and monitoring of projects, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, budgets, and scope, as well as acting as a liaison between departments and stakeholders. **Your main responsibilities will include:** ------------------------------------- * Develop comprehensive project plans (timelines, resources, effort, and risks) * Define and allocate resources according to project needs * Ensure team and stakeholder engagement * Monitor activity progress, deadlines, and costs * Implement corrective actions and change management (change requests) * Formalize project closure and document lessons learned * Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes **✅ Requirements:** ----------------- * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Technology or Business Administration * Prior experience with projects (management or analysis) * Knowledge of Project Management (PMBOK and/or agile methodologies such as Scrum) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) * Experience with project management tools (MS Project is a plus) * Advanced English proficiency **➕ Preferred Qualifications:** ------------------- * Certification or training in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or similar) * Familiarity with Google Sheets and dashboard tools * Experience with KPIs and performance tracking **Behavioral Competencies:** --------------------------------- * Proactive, results-oriented profile * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Negotiation ability and strategic vision **Important Information:** ---------------------------- * Work model: Hybrid * On-site presence: Once per week * Location: Paraíso – São Paulo (SP)
