Job Summary: Providing support to system and infrastructure users, access management, equipment maintenance and configuration, as well as support for the IT team. Key Highlights: 1. Support for the IT team **Responsibilities:** * Provide user support regarding the use of systems and infrastructure; * Manage user accounts to ensure access to systems, email services, and other resources; * Perform maintenance and configuration of computers, servers, routers, and printers; develop and implement new functionalities, as well as maintain existing ones; * Support the IT team **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a technical or undergraduate degree in Technology-related fields; * Knowledge of Oracle database and PL/SQL queries is considered a plus;
