Data Engineer | ETL, Data Modeling, and Analytics

We are looking for a hands-on, technically skilled professional to help build and evolve our data stack. This role will be responsible for developing ETL/ELT pipelines, structuring data models, and supporting the construction of the company’s analytical layer. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines * Structure and evolve data models and Data Warehouse * Integrate diverse data sources * Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance * Automate data ingestion and transformation processes * Support the development of dashboards and analytical visualizations **Position Objectives** * Develop routines for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery for analytical consumption. * Drive efficiency gains through automation of analytics. * Optimize resources and tools used in analytical routines. **Performance Expectations** * Ensure data is available, reliable, and easily accessible. * Apply best practices for validation and quality assurance in technical development. * Consistently deliver on time with excellence. * Respond promptly and accurately to technical requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines * Experience with data modeling (DW/star schema) * Advanced SQL * Experience with cloud environments (GCP preferred) * Experience structuring data for analytical consumption **Nice-to-Have** * BigQuery * Dataflow * Airflow * dbt * Git * Python for data engineering **Additional Information** **Compensation: R$6\.000 to R$8\.000 (commensurate with seniority)** **Working Hours:** 08:00–17:48, Monday to Friday; **Work Mode:** On-site at Av.
