Responsibilities Install and repair internet and telecommunications equipment. Install physical infrastructure, including cabling and optical fiber. Configure and test equipment and networks to ensure proper service operation. Conduct internet network quality and performance tests. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on systems and equipment. Accurately record installation and repair information, maintaining precise records for future interventions and providing a complete service history. Provide customer service, resolving inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage and maintain work tools and equipment in good order, ensuring their availability and efficiency for task execution. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break / Alternate Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Starting salary **R$ 2\.197,93** \+ hazard pay.
