The project—led by entrepreneur Alexandre Allard and designed by architect Jean Nouvel and artistic director Philippe Starck—emphasizes sustainability and preservation of Brazil’s cultural heritage. Our property features 151 guest rooms and 122 owner residences, situated within a vertical park conceived by Nouvel. Two restaurants—including one located on a terrace overlooking the hotel’s lush gardens—are complemented by a bar and lounge. Recreational facilities include two swimming pools (one rooftop pool and another nestled among landscaped gardens). In 2023, the facilities were expanded and now feature an expansive spa with six treatment rooms. The hotel also offers multiple event and meeting spaces totaling 100\.000m². For special occasions, we provide an on-site wedding chapel located within the Rosewood São Paulo grounds. The chapel itself is a historic building that retains its original architecture, enhanced by a newly commissioned stained-glass window.
