Direct involvement in high-impact and highly visible projects.** **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **DHO Specialist**, you will be responsible for: * Strategically shaping and evolving the **people architecture (people design)**, connecting culture, structure, roles, and employee experience; * Leading and executing **corporate DHO projects** with high impact and visibility, supporting the company’s cultural transformation; * Structuring, reviewing, and enhancing **organizational development processes**, such as leadership, performance management, succession planning, culture, and engagement; * Acting as a partner to the Business Partner team and leadership, prompting reflection, supporting decision-making, and reinforcing the leader’s role as a culture agent; * Translating strategy into practical people initiatives, with emphasis on **simplicity, autonomy, ownership, and execution discipline;** * Leveraging people data, diagnostics, and metrics to support decisions and measure the impact of DHO initiatives; * Contributing to the development of innovative solutions by testing new models, methodologies, and approaches aligned with the future of work. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Behavioral Skills** * Strong **systems thinking and strategic vision**, with the ability to connect people, culture, and business; * High degree of **autonomy, ownership, and accountability**, with a focus on execution and delivery; * Excellent **communication, influence, and relationship-building skills** with leadership; * Ability to operate effectively amid **ambiguity, change, and innovation**, proposing simple and effective solutions; * Organization, discipline, and prioritization skills in dynamic environments. ### **Academic Background** * Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in **DHO, Organizational Development, People Management, Culture, or Leadership** (preferred) ### **Professional Experience** * Prior experience in **Human and Organizational Development**, working in corporate settings and strategic projects; * Experience in **cultural transformation, leadership development, performance management, succession planning, and engagement;** * Experience operating in transforming environments, including **structuring or redesigning people-related processes;** * Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and high organizational visibility. ### **Tools and Methodologies** * Knowledge and application of **talent management tools** (e.g., Performance Evaluation, 9-Box, 360° Feedback, IDP, Succession Planning); * Experience with **Learning Management Systems (LMS)** and designing learning paths and development journeys; * Familiarity with **People Analytics**, HR metrics (turnover, engagement, climate), and data analysis for decision-making. ### **Courses and Certifications (Preferred)** * Certifications or training in **Coaching, Leadership, Group Facilitation, or Change Management** * Courses in **Organizational Design, Learning Experience Design (LXD), or Corporate Education** * Additional training in **People Analytics, OKRs, or Competency-Based Management** * Interest or applied knowledge in **AI and digital technologies for HR** **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** Flexible working hours and work modalities, subject to eligibility; Participation in the PPR (Profit-Sharing Program); For your health, we offer Health Insurance (extendable to legal dependents), Dental Insurance, Telemedicine, and Life Insurance.
