




**Job Description:** We are supporting a real estate developer and construction company in searching for a Marketing Coordinator. **About the Role:** We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to strategically and operationally plan, execute, and manage marketing initiatives for real estate developments and the company’s corporate brand. This professional will integrate marketing, sales, and commercial functions to ensure brand positioning, generation of qualified leads, and support for project launches. **Key Responsibilities:** Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing strategies for real estate developments and corporate initiatives. Manage online campaigns (paid media, social media, real estate portals, landing pages, and email marketing). Coordinate offline activities, such as street promotions, printed materials, launch events, and corporate initiatives. Develop, monitor, and ensure full functionality of point-of-sale (POS) materials and the sales showroom (visual communication, reception, supplies, and overall organization). Ensure standardization of the brand’s visual and verbal identity across all developments. Collaborate closely with Commercial, Sales, and Product teams. Manage agencies, suppliers, and partners (creative, media, graphic production, and events). Plan and control the marketing budget per development. Monitor launch and delivery schedules. Track performance metrics (leads, conversion rate, cost per lead, sales). Prepare managerial reports and presentations for senior management. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. Previous experience in real estate marketing, real estate development, or construction companies. Solid knowledge of digital marketing, paid media, and lead generation. Experience with integrated online and offline marketing activities. Organized, analytical, strategic profile with strong management capabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
