With the power of many curious minds, we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and make an even greater impact—together. **Job Description:** Senior professional responsible for leading the Biotic Environment framework in complex environmental projects, ensuring technical quality, methodological consistency, integration with other disciplines, and application of nationally and internationally recognized conservation and management practices. Work with a sustainability perspective, risk analysis, technical-strategic support to projects, and assistance in developing technical and commercial proposals. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the technical reference for Biotic Environment, ensuring technical quality and regulatory compliance; * Lead the Biotic Environment framework, defining standards, methods, guidelines, and evaluation criteria; * Represent the Biotic Environment framework technically before clients, environmental agencies, and stakeholders; * Review and guide technical deliverables, ensuring coherence and quality; * Integrate information with other disciplines, promoting robust and interdisciplinary solutions; * Collaborate closely with the Technical Nucleus, contributing to standardization, governance, and knowledge management; * Support the commercial area in defining technical scopes, strategy, and pricing; Develop the technical team through mentoring, training, and development pathways. * **Requirements and Experience:** * Higher Education: Biology, Engineering, or related fields; * Technical knowledge: Flora; Fauna (Avifauna, Mammals, Herpetofauna, Ichthyofauna, Entomofauna); * Sensitive biological communities, Protected Areas, Biomes and Ecosystems, Ecological Processes, Management Plans, Environmental Impact Assessment, Control/Mitigation/Compensation Measures, Nature-Based Solutions (NBS), Wildlife Rescue, digital tools (GIS, AI, etc.), market trends (consultancies, ESG, multilateral banks), IFC performance requirements; * Digital tools (GIS, AI); * Intermediate English.
