We value technical insight, collective responsibility, and commitment to continuous improvement.** **Here, professional growth goes hand-in-hand with human growth, because we know that engineering’s true strength lies in people.** **More than moving trains, we move cities, connect stories, and help build the future of urban mobility** **If you meet the requirements for this opportunity, please apply—and don’t forget to share it with your network.** **Our job openings are also inclusive.** **\#Engetrens \#GrupoComporte \#Oportunidades** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Mission:** * Responsible for providing technical support in the development of planning, studies, and conceptual, basic, executive, and construction-detail designs for permanent way (geometry, earthworks, drainage, superstructure and substructure), as well as managing technical documentation, preparing reports, quantity take-offs, technical memoranda, value engineering, and ATO (Technical Support for Construction) throughout the construction and implementation phases of civil CAPEX projects across multiple disciplines—ensuring compliance with technical standards, contractual obligations, deadlines, and budgetary constraints. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supporting and developing conceptual, basic, and executive permanent way designs, construction details, and ATO during the construction and implementation phases of projects; * Supporting planning, infrastructure solution studies for rail systems, and ensuring design detail, best practices, and sound engineering solutions—with consistent focus on cost reduction, schedule adherence, and compliance with quality and applicable technical standards; * Reviewing and adapting designs, performing quantity surveys, supporting identification of optimal alternatives aligned with current technical standards and specifications—within agreed timelines and budgets; * Participating in project approval and certification processes alongside the Independent Auditor, Accredited Inspection Body, and Granting Authority; * Preparing progress reports on key activities related to civil CAPEX project implementation, identifying potential deviations; * Managing technical documentation, maintaining organization and proactivity; * Building strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders; * Providing ATO during construction execution when requested; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Over 2 years’ experience in project design; **Additional Information** **Benefits we offer:** **Medical Assistance (SulAmérica)** – Take care of your health with one of the market’s top-tier plans, ensuring quality and security for you. **Meal Allowance** – R$ 1\.154,00 monthly for your meals. **Transportation Allowance** – Convenient mobility for your daily commute. **Profit Sharing (PLR)** – We recognize your performance with variable compensation tied to company results. **Wellhub Partnership** – Access to gyms, studios, and wellness apps to support your physical and mental health.
