Job Summary: Responsible for executing and monitoring HR Department routines, ensuring compliance with labor and social security legislation, as well as contract management in civil construction and sanitation. Responsible for executing and monitoring HR Department routines, ensuring correct application of labor and social security legislation, as well as adherence to deadlines and legal obligations.
