Responsibilities: * Support planning and execution of projects in the Information Technology area; * Act as a liaison between technical and business areas to ensure deliveries meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements; * Identify needs, map processes, propose solutions, and ensure quality and efficiency of initiatives while maintaining constant communication with involved areas. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology (Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Administration, Accounting, or related fields); * Proficiency in Office 365 suite; knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar) is required; * Ability to map, redesign, and document business processes; * Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) as well as traditional ones (PMBOK, Waterfall); * Experience with digital products (iFood, Zé Delivery, and similar).
