Then join our team! **About the Role** We are looking for an SDR Customer Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to the company’s growth. This position is ideal for those who enjoy challenges, targets, and wish to grow alongside Decorafit. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Responsibilities** * Conduct first contact with inbound leads arriving via forms, website, social media, WhatsApp, phone, and chatbot—ensuring rapid response even during high-volume periods; * Perform full customer qualification: understanding needs, construction stage, purchase timing, and property-specific details; * Guide customers through initial journey stages, clearly presenting Decorafit’s value proposition; * Make calls, conduct video calls via Google Meet (meet when necessary), and send strategic messages to ensure connection and customer progression; * Update, prioritize, and organize all interactions in the CRM (Pipedrive) with correct status, complete history, and well-documented reasons for loss; * Prioritize interactions based on intent, urgency, and fit—focusing on leads with the highest conversion potential; * Identify genuine advancement opportunities and schedule qualified meetings with architects; * Execute strategic follow-up according to defined cadences—with discipline and consistency; * Handle objections consultatively—educating the customer and reinforcing Decorafit’s differentiators; * Switch between channels (WhatsApp, calls, email, and Meet) to avoid lost opportunities during high-demand periods; * Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement of cadences, scripts, and internal processes; * Monitor no-shows and rescheduling—ensuring customer attendance at meetings; * Participate in training sessions, daily alignment meetings, and monitoring routines to ensure constant development. **Requirements and Qualifications** To apply, you must have: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Prior experience in inbound prospecting and sales (phone, meet, WhatsApp, and email); * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to personalize customer interactions; * Ease working in teams; * Organization, results orientation, and process discipline; * Proactive, resilient profile with constant willingness to learn; * Familiarity with CRMs (Pipedrive) and multi-channel cadences; * Agility in responding to and qualifying leads—prioritizing hot opportunities; * Ease switching across multiple channels (WhatsApp, phone, email) to avoid losing opportunities; * Resilience and adaptability to operate in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing goals and processes; * Excellent time management to maintain short cadences without accumulating pending tasks. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in renovation, architecture, construction, or real estate markets; * Experience in startups or high-volume commercial operations; * Familiarity with B2C customer service and analysis of complex forms; * Experience with multi-channel cadences (WhatsApp, calls, email); * Knowledge of consultative sales methodologies (SPIN, BANT, GPCT); * Ability to quickly grasp construction stage, customer needs, and purchase timing. **Additional Information** Compensation and Work Model * Fixed salary (minimum guaranteed) + commissions; * Paid time off; * Quarterly reviews for alignment and continuous improvement; * Internal on-the-job training and external training (when required); * Employment type: PJ (individual contractor); * Annual bonus (pro-rated); * Total Pass; * Flexible card benefit; * Corporate mobile phone and laptop; * Work location: Hybrid Market leader in renovations, we are a construtech focused on residential (apartments) and corporate spaces.
